FeesPlease send me an email stating your travel dates, number traveling in your party, and what kind of trip you would like to plan. We can then have a brief introduction phone conversation to get to know each other a little before starting the consultation.
Subsequently we can organise a meeting in London or a telephone or skype call to discuss your travel requirements further in detail.
The fee per hour for consulting or trip planning is £125 per hour. Please note a two hour deposit is charged at the start of the consultation.
After a consultation, I will send you an email and summary of what we discussed and a list with the links (hotels, place names and useful information) so you can proceed and book the hotels yourself at the best price. For some exclusive ryokans I can make the booking on your behalf.
Further general questions on Japan, requests for assistance with travel arrangements non- related to what we discussed in the first meeting will incur another consultation fee charged per hour or half hour.
